Reconciliation of Debtor, Creditor and Bank/Cash/Credit Accounts, including all Asset and Liability accounts. Trail Balance Produced. Prices include collection and delivery of all paperwork; this will be by courier or in person dependant on location.

We undertake month end accounting, including but not limited to; asset management, month end adjustments such as payroll journal entries, depreciation calculations, accruals and prepayment journals to produce management accounts (trading profit & loss account and balance sheet) Aged Debtor & Creditor Reports. Prices include collection and delivery of all paperwork; this will be by courier or in person dependant on location.

Payroll Services

Pricing is computed on a per payslip basis, the more payslips we prepare in a payroll run, the greater our efficiencies that we can pass on to our clients.

The above prices include:

• Processing of your weekly or monthly payroll using HMRC accredited software
• Payslips sent to you via PDF format
• Reports for each payroll run showing net pay and deductions
• Monthly or quarterly statement of liabilities for you to pay your PAYE/NI
• Year End P60 hard copies for all your employees
• Year End processing of your payroll online to take advantage of HMRC incentives

Are there any extra charges?

The above rates are applicable for a full payroll service; the only extra cost that you may incur is if you require paper payslips delivered to your address. These are charged at a simple flat rate of 55p per paper payslip, postage/courier costs are those actually incurred and will be added to your invoice on a monthly basis.
