Payroll
We provide a comprehensive
Payroll Service using HMRC approved software. We cover every aspect of
payroll including:
- Processing of wages (weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or monthly depending on your requirements)
- Detailed PDF pay slips for each employee
- Useful reports that are easy-to-read and tailored to suit your needs
- Cash breakdown, cheque list or BACS report, if required
- A monthly report detailing Tax and National Insurance amounts to be paid to HMRC
- Adding and removing employees from the payroll system and issuing P45's to employees who are leaving.
When required we will also:
- Calculate such things as Statutory Sick Pay (SSP), Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP), Statutory Adoption Pay (SAP) etc
- Make the relevant additions/subtractions in respect of Student Loan Repayments, Attachment Orders, Stakeholder Pension Contributions etc.
- Process P46's (as well as P45's) ensuring your staff are issued with the correct tax codes by HMRC
At the end of the tax year we will:
- Complete all year-end returns including P35 employers return, P14's and P60's
- File on-line all relevant year-end returns to take advantage of HMRC incentives
REMEMBER!
Under Government proposals all employers will have to file their Employer Annual Returns on-line from 2009-10 onwards.
